Shell with carbon percentage variable according to the needs of performance required of the saddle. The lengthened carbon fibre reinforces the shell to obtain a very strong, flexible and light material.

EVA Padding:
San Marco Eva padding is the perfect combination of lightness and comfort. Comfort is improved thanks to the differentiated thicknesses, making the saddle more comfortable in the “crucial†places but without pointlessly adding weight.
Micro Feel:
The Microfeel covering is breathable and hardwearing. This material also offers better adherence to the padding, emphasizing the ergonomic shapes of the saddle. It is 35% less deformable and 5% lighter. Its composition respects the standards of biocompatibility.
Xsilite:
Xsiliteis a new composition of materials that San Marco introduces to the production of its rails.
Lighter and stronger than Titanium, Xsilite was created as material for research on the racing team saddles of professionals. This new material has a high percentage of silicon (hence the name Xsilite=XSilicon) together with particles of Titanium and carbon.
The result is a material with high static toughness, strong like titanium but at the same time 1/10 lighter. New also in appearance, the Xsilite is changing thanks to a particular finish that also makes it resistant to moisture.
Core Zone:
Core-zone is a special double-injection that allows the shell to gradually deform itself without compromises the resistance and the performance of the seating area. This technology let increases the level of comfort in a specific point of the saddle
